We’re seeking a visionary engineering leader to drive the development of cutting-edge semiconductor technologies across AI, GPU, CPU, and power controller systems. This role will oversee architecture, design, and verification teams, ensuring technical excellence, cross-functional alignment, and delivery of world-class silicon solutions.
Qualifications
MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
15+ years in semiconductor design, with 5+ years in technical leadership roles.
Proven experience delivering complex SoCs or IPs in AI, GPU, CPU, or power domains.
Deep understanding of design flows, verification methodologies, and silicon lifecycle.
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience scaling teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.
Familiarity with RISC-V, ARM, or custom architectures.
Experience with AI accelerators, edge computing platforms, or low-power design.
Background in startup or high-growth environments.
Track record of mentoring senior engineers and building high-performance teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor engineering teams across digital design, architecture, and verification.
Define and execute technical strategy for AI, Edge AI, GPU, CPU, and power controller development.
Collaborate with product, software, and systems teams to align silicon capabilities with market needs.
Own project planning, resource allocation, and execution across multiple design cycles.
Establish best practices in RTL design, verification, and silicon bring-up.
Drive innovation in Edge AI and high-performance computing architectures.
Represent engineering in executive discussions and strategic planning.
