Job Description
We are looking for a Power Controller Design Engineer to develop advanced power management ICs for CPUs, GPUs, and SoCs. You’ll design control algorithms for voltage regulation, load balancing, and thermal management, while validating silicon and optimizing power delivery. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design, with hands-on experience in buck/boost converters, LDOs, and digital control loops.
Qualifications
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering.
5+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design or power electronics.
Experience with buck/boost converters, LDOs, and digital control loops.
Proficiency in Cadence, SPICE, and lab equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Design power management ICs (PMICs) for CPUs, GPUs, and SoCs.
Develop control algorithms for voltage regulation, load balancing, and thermal management.
Perform silicon validation and debug power delivery issues.
Work with system architects to meet power and efficiency targets.
